In order to help you start your XpressHost™ experience on the right foot, we've outlined several steps below to assist you in getting started with your XpressShared Hosting account.

Choose your hosting plan online.

First step is choosing the right hosting plan suited to your needs gives you flexibility & value for money.

Account Setup - Instant Activation / No Setup Fees.

It usually takes us about 15 minutes after you place your hosting order to process and set up your new XpressHost™ XpressShared Hosting Account. Since our process are totally automated. If payment is made through credit card then your account is instantly created / activated & access details are mailed to you instantaneously. NO SETUP FEES.

Introductory E-Mail

As soon as your hosting account setup is complete, we'll send you an e-mail that will include your IP address and configuration information. Save this e-mail, as you will need your configuration information each time you log onto your server.

Plesk Control Panel

Once you get the startup e-mail. All XpressShared Customers can manage their site using Control Panel by typing http://www.yourdomainname.com:8787 . You may never need to contact our support them once you are experience the power of industry standard Plesk Control Panel...

XpressHost™ Startup Kit*

Once your payment is processed you shall receive a Welcome XpressHost™ Startup Kit* contains a customised startup CD with XpressHost™ Users Guide & shareware programs and other tools. FREE XpressHost™ Mousepad and other goodies.

Note : *XpressHost™ Startup Kit is available only to Premium Hosting Plans only.

Transferring or Registering Your Domain

Transferring a domain can be confusing to hosting novices and experts alike. To help you with this process, we've developed the XpressHost™ Domain Transfer Tool. When you are ready to move your domain to XpressHost™, visit our Domain Transfer Tool at http://manage.oriensoft.com

Please be advised that the entire domain transfer process can take anywhere from at least 1 day , depending on who your current registrar is (consult your registrar for the most accurate timetable).

If you registered your domain while placing your XpressHost™ order, we will forward your registration information directly to domain registrar, who will perform both administration and billing for your domain.

Note: If you registered your domain during the XpressHost™ order process, it will automatically point to XpressHost™, and you will not need to follow the transferring instructions above.
