XcellHost™ - Terms & Conditions.

1. All customers will agree to Oriensoft Terms of Use | Terms of Service | Acceptable User Policy. Any misuse which is not in accordance with the mentioned policies will lead to immediately account suspension.

2. For all orders under the XcellHost VTD Hosting Plan Offer. FREE Domain Registration for 1 year applies to NEW DOMAIN REGISTRATION ONLY and not already registered domains. All domain controls will rest with Oriensoft for period of 1 year. *Offers applies to NEW DOMAIN REGISTRATION ORDERS ONLY, Check availability of Domain Name BEFORE ORDERING.
Orders containing already registered domains will be rejected.

3. Customer agree to host a single website immediately after processing the order. Current offer should not be used for domain parking ONLY.

4.  Customers will only allowed to host the domain which has been selected at time of placing order. Any other domain registered directly by the customer will not be allowed to be hosted under this offer.

5. All e-mail accounts will have to be created on Microsoft Live. Oriensoft will forward the MX record and help the customer setup their email accounts.

6. Hosting of Video Content is NOT ALLOWED in the hosting plan offer.

7. Domain extensions supported under XcellHost VTD Hosting Plan offer are .com  | .net | .org | .co.in | .in | .info | .biz  ONLY.

8. All third party applications bundled FREE with hosting plan, customer will have troubleshoot problems related to those applications themselves OR getting support from those application provider directly. Oriensoft should not held responsible for bugs in the applications bundled with the hosting plan.

9.  XcellHost reserves right to validate, approve, reject, delete & process orders after checking availability of desired domain at the time of ordering & validating other credentials of the customer.
