XcellManaged - XcellSysAdmin Silver Plan

Silver Plan includes all the services offered in the  XcellSysAdmin Economy Plan plus the following additional services.

• Re-booting the servers.

• Starting / Stopping a Service.

• Killing / Restarting a process / service.

• Identifying CPU / Web Server Load.

XcellHost Network Operation Centre (NOC) will monitor up to (5) five services on your client's server(s) like [FTP / POP3 / SMTP / IMAP4 / HTTP].  We will check for a particular response from the server, and send an e-mail notification when response is not present to the designated parties will receive only one message alerting them that the website server is down and another when the website server becomes available again.

XcellHost XcellSupport Staff will take no action unless specified by the client. Once the client approves the above mentioned actions that can be taken by our technical staff and after service is restored, the client is notified with a complete explanation of the problem, along with a description of what procedures / steps / policies have been developed so ensure this particular problem does not reoccur.
