XcellManaged - XcellSysAdmin Economy Plan

XcellSysAdmin Economy Plan is included by default in all dedicated server hosting packages. Our technicians at the data centre will routinely poll the customers servers at certain intervals using advanced network monitoring tools, which will determine if the client's server is accessible. If the server is unreachable / inaccessible for any reason, our technical staff at XcellHost™  Network Operations Centre (NOC) will immediately be notified. XcellHost™ Customer Support Staff will notify the client by e-mail / telephone with a status update and we will only reboot the machine after the client has given permission to reboot the machine. After machine has been rebooted, the client will be notified with the explanation of the problem.
