Because you control these aspects you also have full control of the marketing and sales strategy. You can charge your clients whatever price you see fit.

Great Price, Great Features : Under our reseller program, you will get a Master account which will only be charged a setup fee according to the plan you choose. You use our anonymous name servers for DNS Entries at no extra charges.

If you want to have your own Name Servers (ns1.yourcompany.com / ns2.yourcompany.com) there are additional setup & yearly charges. What is means is that you can register your client’s accounts under your own DNS, and provide them with a Control Panel under your own brand name!   Some of our highly successful resellers have formed their own niche to resell our web hosting service to a particular market with a customizable XpressHost™ HostingAccelerator Control Panel.

We are confident that at the price and service we are offering, you will be able to make a large profit. In fact you can have your own reseller program!

Anonymity :

XpressHost™ protects your resold clients. The network is maintained under an anonymous domain name, and you will have your own Name Servers, and will be able to display your company name on your client's Control Panel!

XpressHost™ remains anonymous for each account you set-up as a reseller. This allows you to promote your company and resell our hosting services under your company name.

Technical Support :

You will be the first point of contact for your clients. You can then directly contact our technical support for those technical support issues you need assistance with. We will provide the answers which you can use to assist your clients.

The reason we pass this obligation onto our resellers is because in order for us to remain anonymous from their clients, our resellers need to provide these services. Technical support will be handled by the reseller using the XpressHost™ Control Panel, and not by XpressHost™. If an issue is beyond the knowledge of the reseller, then he/she may escalate the issue by contacting us.

Billing:

Reseller is billed on a yearly basis depending upon which Reseller Hosting Plan order by the reseller. Furthermore you bill your clients directly we never send any reminders / bills to your client in order for us to remain anonymous.

Reseller Center

Resellers can log on to Reseller Center http://reseller.oriensoft.com  to order plans / upgrade plans / check invoices / order add-ons / check financial statements etc.

One Time Setup Charges Only:

XpressHost™ is interested in persons or organizations who want to resell our services for profit, rather than passing on the savings discount to friends or associates. To avoid this problem, there is a one-time setup fee according to the plan you choose to become an XpressHost™ Authorized Reseller. If you are serious about marketing our services under your private label, this cost will be easily covered in the profit off of your first several resold accounts. Additionally, this fee covers some of the administrative costs involved with setting up your reseller status with us, as well as setting up you personal name servers (ns1.yourcompany.com / ns2.yourcompany.com). 

Additional Charges.

If the reseller uses excess bandwidth / disk space or any other hosting plan resource over and above the allocated quota. Reseller will be billed as per prices mentioned in Reseller Add-ons Price List.  Reseller has to pay these add-ons charges within 5 days otherwise the services will be terminated without notice.

Service Guidelines

XpressHost Acceptable User Policy / Privacy Policy still apply to each resold accounts. It is your responsibility to make sure your customer follow the policies.  Any resold account can be terminated for violation of these policies.
