Oriensoft XpressHost™  Network Operations Center (NOC) is maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by our system engineers. Our NOC personnel monitors all systems, handles with e-mail and network abuse complaints, and provides telephone assistance to dedicated server and co-location clients. The focal point of Oriensoft XpressHost™  is the Network Operations Center, or NOC. The NOC is tasked with all aspects of customer problem resolution, from monitoring, to dispatch to customer communications. The NOC is staffed on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis to provide non-stop problem services to all customers. Centralized point for 24 x 7 service and facilities monitoring, change and escalation management, and security protocols at the data center level.

In addition to that 
Oriensoft XpressHost™ has designed and implemented a cross-platform network-monitoring environment allowing our systems administrators to monitor and maintain all aspects of our service 24/7/365. The monitors provide a three-level alarm indicator with instant access trouble-shooting capability. In addition, for higher-level alarms, Oriensoft XpressHost™  senior administrators are notified immediately and can remotely access, assess and repair systems before service level interruptions can affect customers.

Continous Monitoring using What's Up Gold

Utilizing Ipswitch's What's Up Gold, as well as MRTG, we are able to monitor all critical systems from within our NOC.  What's Up Gold automatically monitors all  servers on our network, as well as all network devices, equipment. Beyond simply ensuring these systems are "up", What's Up Gold also ensures the systems are responsive. What's Up Gold also monitors services running on our UNIX and Windows servers.
